1/ “Application and Submission Requirements”

Create a single file (PDF or Word) that includes:
1. A short bio with a face picture.
2. Link to your production Portfolio
3. An abstract explaining what you aim to achieve with your film or sound piece.
4. Link to Your short film or sound piece.

2/ How to submit: Online through the Art for Kep Website

 

- Format For film / video works: Short films up to 3 minutes: documentary, fiction,

experimental, animation, or video art. Accepted formats: mp4 (H.264), mov or

equivalent, HD or higher.

- Format For music / sound works: Sound pieces up to 3 minutes. Accepted formats: wav

or high‑quality mp3, stereo.

- Judging criteria: Connection to Kep, creativity/originality, artistic and technical quality,

suitability for screening in our coastal region.

- Selection committee: Entries will first be reviewed by our Selection Committee and then

assessed in collaboration with guest jury members Rithy Panh and Cédric Eloy

(film/video) and Mark Sholeton (music/sound).”
