How to apply

Complete each step below before submitting your application.
Step 1 — Contact Information Fill in your name, email, phone number, and address in the fields below.

Step 2 — Applicant Status Select whether you are applying as an emerging or established artist.

Step 3 — Upload Your Residency Proposal (300–500 words) Describe the specific project or body of work you plan to develop during your residency. Include your chosen medium, key themes, and any materials, space, or resources you will need. Also state your proposed length of stay. Explain why you are applying to Art for Kep, what draws you to this location, and what you hope to explore and accomplish.

Step 4  —  Upload your CV: An up-to-date CV highlighting your professional background, exhibitions, publications, or relevant artistic experience.

 Step 5  —  Upload Your Dossier Compile all of the following into a single PDF and upload it using the button below.

Your PDF must include, in this order:
a) Passport or Photo ID A clear copy of a valid government-issued ID.
b) Portfolio Up to 10 images, or a short video or audio sample, representing your best and most recent work.
c) Links Your website, online portfolio, or active social media profiles.
d) Optional Supporting Materials

Press or media coverage featuring your work
Up to 2 additional documents, such as a letter of recommendation or project files
